Iyengar Yoga emphasises correct alignment and uses props to make yoga accessible to all, regardless how flexible or inflexible you are.
- Learn healthy alignment while practicing yoga poses
- Develop strength, stamina and flexibility
Props will be provided, but you are free to bring your own mat if you wish. Participants should wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in, such as shorts or leggings and a t-shirt.
This course is suitable for adults of any age group and you do not need to be flexible or fit to take part. If you have a more serious health condition, please enquire whether this course is right for you.
Sara Wickert is a qualified Iyengar yoga instructor with a Level 1 and 2 Introductory teaching qualification.
