"Our life is a question mark
And you keep us in the dark
But we keep shining
and our voices are strong"

In this participant-led documentary, a group of migrant women overcome their feelings of isolation and powerlessness when they are trained as community organisers, using their new skills to campaign for justice.

Our Stronger Together Leaders co-created this theatre performance as part of our #NoticeUs campaign to improve temporary accommodation for migrants.
We recorded the film over Zoom and have since hosted many screenings.

This film was made as a complete collaboration between our group's members, each submitting footage and audio from their lives during lockdown and contributing creatively to the final piece over 12 weeks.
It is a celebration of the strength and resilience of this group of women as they continue on their journeys.

Lockdown saw us move all our creative activities online and so when it came to the exhibition for our My Creative Skills project we did the same!
Thanks to Anna Merryfield for guiding us into the world of virtual exhibitions!
