Creative Projects

We run various creative projects using theatre, dance, crafts and others arts; drawing upon local expertise and the skills and abilities of our participants. All our projects are participant-led, collaborative and aim to build confidence and create meaningful connections amongst participants.

Creatively Together

April - July 2024

This project for migrant women uses creativity and the arts to improve wellbeing, to gain new skills, and meet new people. This project will also include a day trips out using the Docklands Light Railway.

Dance

April - July 2024

We have teamed up with the amazing Luca Silvestrini's Protein dance group to run another series of dance sessions for migrant women. We will be devising a piece for Refugee Week around this year's theme 'Our Home'.

AFRIL Parents' Forum

Ongoing

This parents' forum takes place one Saturday every month at AFRIL. It is a great opportunity to meet with other migrant women in and around Lewisham.
