Walks for Wellbeing

Our Walks for Wellbeing project offers a safe, supportive, and relaxed environment for migrant women living in Greenwich.

Whether you’ve lived here for years or have just arrived, these walks are a chance to explore the local area, enjoy nature, and connect with other migrant women in the community.

 


Why Join Our Walks? 

  • Reduce stress and clear your mind in local green spaces.

  • Meet new people and build a supportive local network.

  • Explore Greenwich, discovering hidden gems in our parks and riverside.

  • Practice English (optional) in a casual, low-pressure setting.

Walk Schedule

All walks take place on Fridays from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

​

​On these dates:

27th February, 27th March, 24th April, 8th May, 22nd May, 12th June, 26th June, 3rd July, 17th July

During these walks in nature we will also use creative and reflective activities along the way to make walking meaningful, not just exercise.
